Starting in September 2025, students and staff across Ontario’s 12 French-language school boards, as well as the Consortium Centre Jules-Léger, will access their provincial digital library through Cantook Éducation, De Marque’s digital book lending platform.
This new partnership with the Centre franco represents a major shift. OverDrive’s Sora platform will be replaced by a homegrown Canadian solution tailored to the needs of French-language schools.
With Cantook Éducation, students will enjoy a flexible and accessible reading experience thanks to features like text-to-speech, adaptable page layouts, and intuitive search tools. Teachers will have access to a robust catalogue that meets the highest accessibility standards.
